Membership Agreement

1. Parties and definitions

This agreement is concluded between RMY YAZILIM REKLAM HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, the operator of the website published at rmy-software.com (the "Site"), and the natural person who registers as a member (the "Member").

  • Account: the user account created with an e-mail address, through which the Member manages orders and wallet balance.
  • Wallet: the balance held in the Member's account and usable for purchases on the Site.
  • Skin Market: the section where in-game items are bought, sold and traded.

2. Membership

  • Membership is free. Members must be at least 18 years old.
  • The Member confirms that the information provided at registration is accurate and current and is responsible for the consequences of incorrect information.
  • A person may hold only one account. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, the Site reserves the right to merge or suspend them.
  • An account may be created with an e-mail address and password, or with a Google or Steam account.

3. Account security

  • The Member is responsible for keeping the password confidential and for all activity carried out through the account.
  • The Site never asks for a Member's password, Steam credentials or mobile authenticator code. Messages and websites requesting these are fraudulent.
  • Enabling two-factor authentication is recommended for accounts holding a wallet balance.
  • The Member can view active sessions and terminate them remotely. If unauthorised access is suspected, the password should be changed immediately and [email protected] notified.
  • Phone verification may be required for a first order above a certain amount.

4. Rules of use

The Member agrees not to:

  • Create orders without the intention to pay, thereby locking stock, or repeatedly leave orders unpaid.
  • Open multiple accounts to circumvent campaign, discount code or order limits.
  • Present a payment as made when it has not been, including by submitting an altered receipt or document.
  • Access the Site with automated tools, bots or scrapers, or collect price and stock data without permission.
  • Run unauthorised security scans — even for testing purposes — or generate loads that disrupt the service.
  • Purchase in bulk for the purpose of reselling the codes, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Use funds that constitute proceeds of crime, or transact on behalf of third parties.

In case of breach, the Site may cancel the order, suspend wallet transactions and suspend the account.

5. Wallet

  • The wallet balance is formed by bank transfer top-ups, overpayment differences, cancellation or refund amounts, and payments for items sold to the Site through the "Sell to Us" flow.
  • The balance is used for purchases on the Site. It bears no interest and does not constitute a deposit.
  • Where a right to a refund arises, the Member may request that the balance be transferred to their bank account. Requests are sent to [email protected]; payment is made to an account registered in the Member's own name after identity and account ownership are verified.
  • Re-authentication may be required for critical operations such as spending the balance.
  • All wallet movements are listed on the Wallet screen of the account.

6. Skin Market rules

  • Items are bought and sold using the wallet balance only. Item prices move hourly, so holding an item locked while a bank transfer is awaited is a risk for both parties.
  • A valid Steam trade URL must be saved in the account. This URL is requested only at rmy-software.com.
  • Trade offers are sent only from the official bot accounts listed on the Site. An offer arriving from any other account does not belong to the Site.
  • Counter-offers are not accepted. If a counter-offer is made, the transaction is cancelled and the request must be created again.
  • The trade hold applied by Steam (up to 8 days where the mobile authenticator is missing or less than 7 days old) is imposed by Valve and is outside the Site's control.
  • In the "Sell to Us" flow, prices are calculated as the median of three independent sources. A quoted price is valid for a limited time; once it expires a new quote is required.
  • Payment is credited to the wallet after the item has arrived in the Site's inventory.
  • If a trade does not complete, the amount paid is returned to the wallet and no item leaves the Member's inventory.

7. Intellectual property

The design, software, texts and images of the Site belong to RMY YAZILIM REKLAM HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without permission. Game names, logos and in-game item images belong to their respective rights holders and are used on this site for identification purposes only. The Site does not claim to be an official partner of any game publisher.

8. Limitation of liability

  • The Site is responsible for the validity of the codes it sells on the relevant platform; however, the platforms' own rules, outages and account restrictions are outside its control.
  • The Site is not liable if a Member's game account is restricted or closed by the publisher.
  • The Site may suspend the service temporarily for planned maintenance or technical necessity.
  • In all cases the Site's liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. Rights arising from consumer legislation are reserved.

9. Suspension and termination

The Member may request closure of the account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Open orders and records that must be retained by law continue to be stored for the applicable periods.

The Site may suspend an account or terminate membership in cases of breach of this agreement, suspected fraud or unlawful use. During suspension the wallet balance cannot be used until the review is complete.

10. Personal data and commercial messages

How personal data is processed is explained in the Data Protection Notice and the Privacy Policy.

Commercial electronic messages containing campaigns and announcements are sent only with the Member's consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. Order status, payment reminder and delivery notifications are not commercial messages but information relating to the performance of the contract, and are sent regardless of consent.

11. Amendments

The Site may update this agreement. An updated text takes effect when published on the Site and receives a new version number. Published versions are never modified; the version accepted by the Member at the time of an order is retained.

12. Governing law and entry into force

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary thresholds announced by the Ministry of Trade.

The agreement enters into force when the membership is created and remains in force until the account is closed.
