Buyer — the person whose name, e-mail address, phone number and billing details are provided in the order form. These details are recorded at the time of the order and form an integral part of this agreement.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of digital products ordered electronically by the Buyer at rmy-software.com. It is subject to Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. Products and price
The products sold are intangible (digital) goods:
- Digital codes — in-game currency, wallet codes, gift cards and similar e-pin products, delivered as a code string.
- In-game items (skins) — virtual items delivered through a Steam trade offer.
The essential characteristics of each product, the region or platform it is valid for, any usage restrictions and the price including VAT are shown on the product page and in the order summary. The items, quantities and amounts in the order summary confirmed by the Buyer form an annex to this agreement. All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY).
Published prices remain valid until updated. A price change after an order is created does not affect that order.
4. General provisions
- The Buyer confirms having read and understood the preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, the payment method and delivery, and having given the required confirmation electronically.
- The Buyer must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity. Minors may only transact with the consent of their legal representative.
- The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the e-mail address provided at checkout. Digital codes are sent to that address; the Seller is not liable for consequences arising from an incorrectly entered address.
- Codes sold are subject to the terms of the relevant platform (Steam, Riot, Microsoft, Sony, etc.). Where a product is region-locked, this is stated on the product page; the Seller is not liable if the code cannot be used on an account in a different region.
5. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer (EFT / FAST) or with the on-site wallet balance. Card payment and cash on delivery are not accepted.
- When the order is created the products are reserved for the Buyer, and the order screen displays the IBAN, the exact amount to be sent and a reference code. The same details are also sent by e-mail.
- The last two digits of the amount are unique to the order so that the payment can be matched automatically. The amount must be sent exactly as displayed.
- Writing the reference code in the transfer description speeds up matching.
- Payment must be made within the time window shown on the order screen. The window varies by product and is displayed as a countdown; when it expires the order is cancelled and the reserved products are released back to stock.
Delivery is made only against funds that have arrived in the Seller's bank account. A receipt, screenshot or transfer notification is not accepted as proof of payment; what triggers delivery is the arrival of the funds.
The rules applied to underpayments, overpayments and late payments are set out in the Payment and Delivery Terms, which form an annex to this agreement.
6. Delivery
All products are delivered electronically; there is no physical shipment and no delivery charge.
- Digital codes: delivered automatically once the payment is matched. The code is sent to the e-mail address provided and becomes visible in the order detail page of the Buyer's account at the same time. Delivery is deemed complete when the code becomes visible in the account.
- In-game items: delivered via a Steam trade offer. A valid Steam trade URL must be saved in the Buyer's account. Once the offer is sent, the Buyer must accept it on Steam.
Steam trade hold: if the Buyer does not have the Steam mobile authenticator or has had it for less than 7 days, Steam may hold the trade for up to 8 days under its own rules. This hold is applied by Valve; the Seller cannot intervene and is not liable for the resulting delay.
The statutory delivery period may not exceed 30 days from the conclusion of the agreement. Where delivery becomes impossible, the Seller informs the Buyer and refunds the amount paid.
7. Right of withdrawal and its exception
As a rule, consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying a penalty.
However, under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in an electronic environment or to intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. The digital codes and in-game items sold on this site fall within that exception.
The Buyer expressly acknowledges this when confirming the order; the acknowledgement is stored together with the version of the text accepted and the date and time.
Before delivery an order may always be cancelled. If payment has not been made the order is cancelled automatically; if payment has been made but delivery has not yet occurred, the amount is refunded upon request.
Other cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised are listed in Article 15 of the Regulation.
8. Defective products and delivery issues
If a delivered code cannot be redeemed on the relevant platform, has already been used, or does not have the characteristics described on the product page, the Buyer may contact [email protected] or open a support request within a reasonable period after delivery.
To allow the case to be examined, a screenshot of the error message shown by the platform and the details of the account on which the code was to be used are required. If a defect is established, the product is replaced or the price is refunded. The consumer's statutory options under Article 11 of Law no. 6502 are reserved.
9. Default
If the Buyer fails to pay within the time window, the order is cancelled automatically and the reserved products are released. No claim arises for the Seller as a result.
In cases of force majeure or where supply becomes impossible, the Seller informs the Buyer and refunds any amount collected.
10. Dispute resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence or at the place of the transaction have jurisdiction up to the monetary thresholds announced annually by the Ministry of Trade; above those thresholds the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
Complaints may also be submitted through the Ministry of Trade's Consumer Information System (TÜBİS), accessible via e-Devlet.
11. Records and evidence
The Buyer accepts that the IP address, transaction timestamp, contract acknowledgement, delivery record and the identifier of the matching bank transaction are stored, and that these records constitute evidence within the meaning of Civil Procedure Law no. 6100.
12. Entry into force
By confirming the order the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all terms of this agreement. The agreement is concluded and enters into force at the moment the order is created. The accepted version is never modified; later updates apply only to new orders.
